  • A UC Berkeley football player, Joseph Ogunbanjo, was suspended from the team and was then allegedly involved in a scary incident in which he accosted a Berkeley police officer. The incident unfolded around 1 a.m. Sunday and Ogunbanjo allegedly tried to force his way into the officer's car and take his gun. [Chronicle]
  • The House Judiciary Committee introduced articles of impeachment for President Trump this morning on two charges: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The articles will now be debated and head for a vote by the full House by next week. [New York Times]
  • A dozen unlicensed contractors in Santa Rosa have been dinged for giving bids on a home near the Coffey Park burn area from the 2017 Tubbs Fire. The Contractors State License Board conducted a sting in which undercover agents were accepting bids for painting, landscaping, and more, posing as homeowners. [KTVU]
