• Another pedestrian has been fatally hit by vehicle in San Francisco. • The SF resident that was outed to ICE by Daly City Police plans to sue. Now released from the Mesa Verde ICE Processing Facility, Jose Armando Escobar-Lopez, who spent three days in custody, hopes to sue the county for “compensatory, statutory, treble, and punitive damages” and “violating his rights against unlawful seizure; his right to due process; his rights under the California Values Act and the TRUTH Act; false imprisonment; causing emotional distress; and negligence.” [CBS SF]
