You had that hint of spring the week before last, and now you need to brace for some extended spring showers.
As we close out the month of March, it's going to be a fairly wet few days, as ABC 7 reports. Most of this morning's rain is concentrated in North Bay, with a band of precipitation you can see here, via Accuweather, that is moving in a northeasterly direction.
1 to 2 inches of rain is predicted for Sonoma and Marin, while SF is only going to get about a half inch total.
It's going to remain cloudy and breezy throughout the day, with another storm system rolling in on Tuesday night. That will be dumping rain on the Bay Area into Wednesday and Thursday.
Though there could be pockets of clearing before then, Friday will be your next sunny day, with highs in the low 60s. And while it will still be partly cloudy through the weekend, the temperature is predicted to hit 66 on Saturday, says Accuweather.
Now, please enjoy this illustration of California's seasons. We were just in "Fool's spring," and now I believe this would be "2nd Winter."
