An Amber Alert went out Friday afternoon for a missing one-year-old boy named Makai Bangoura, last seen in San Francisco. The suspect is a 30-year-old Asian male named Jason Lam, and police say he is driving a 2000 tan Toyota Corolla with California license plate 5SEY238. Lam is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall weighing 145 lbs., and CHP says he may be suicidal and should be approached with caution.

The boy is described as African American, 3 feet tall, and weighing 40 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

It's unclear what relationship, if any, the boy has to Lam.

Also, confusingly, the disappearance seems to have happened a week ago, on May 12, according to the CHP's post, though that may be in error?
