Silicon Valley is back on April 23rd with a fourth season on HBO, meaning the series has officially outlasted most startups. Creator Mike Judge infuses his comedy with careful details and research, making it a tech industry parody that the tech industry can, and does, embrace.
In addition to the regulars like TJ Miller, playing the oafish Erlich Bachman who patronizingly mansplains the patronizing act of mansplaining in the above clip, the series will have some new characters this season. Grown-up child star Haley Joel Osment has a recurring role — and a beard — as Entertainment Weekly confirms. Rad.
Judge even commissioned poster art for Season 4 from cartoonist Daniel Clowes of Ghost World fame, whose book Wilson is now a film with Woody Harrelson.
