It's been months since the suspect in a downtown fraud case committed his alleged crimes, but that doesn't mean the dogged investigators at the San Francisco Police Department are content to let the offense pass, and instead have released a video from the scene of the wrongdoing.

According to SFPD spokesperson Officer Carlos Manfredi, the man you see in the video below swiped an unidentified victim's credit cards and made "over $2,000 of unauthorized purchases at a department store located on the 700 block of Mission St."

Though, per SFPD policy, Manfredi declined to name the business at which the alleged fraud occurred, the video clearly depicts the Target store located at 789 Mission, inside the Metreon.

Manfredi says that the suspect, who "may go by the name of 'Jay' or 'Jason,'" made his big, allegedly fraudulent purchase on September 18, 2016 at approximately 9:43 PM. Manfredi says that he's an "African American adult, 26 years of age, approximately 6'2, 190 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes." He also "has a tattoo of what appears to be a 'Rosary Bead' around his neck," Manfredi says.
