The Pokémon Go crawls just keep Poké-coming. Unsatisfied by one giant celebration of the mobile app game of the moment, held earlier this week with thousands of participants, fans are demanding MOAR POKÉMON.
KRON 4 has it that a Saturday event starting at Sue Berman Park has drummed up plenty of interest, though notably fewer RSVPs than this Wednesday's crawl. A Facebook event explains that the event is a Massive Lure drop, a maneuver that summons Pokémon and, when used by many players at once, has the potential to rustle them up in record numbers.
Meanwhile, another kind of lure is being employed for a Pokémon go crawl in the Castro tonight: booze and gay company. A Facebook event for that gathering, which begins at 5:30 near Dolores Park, indicates that stops will include Moby Dick, Twin Peaks, and Lookout, where a bouncer will wave your entrance fee if you show him a your phone with Pokémon Go on it.
