Have you heard about the bone broth thing? Well, it's a thing. Paleo enthusiasts across Los Angeles have sung its praises, and there's even something called Broth Fest happening in New York this weekend. SF's own Belcampo Meat Co. is staying right on trend, and this week they launched a new cocktail menu at their Polk Street location, with the help of cocktail catering operation Rye on the Road.

We heard they'd be doing this a couple weeks back, and last night was the launch. You can see the full cocktail selection below, not all of which is spiked with boney broth. But you can bet that all Bloody Mary hounds will be making a beeline to try that Boney Mary this weekend.
