Reports of a three-alarm five-alarm structure fire on Mission between 22nd and 23rd streets have surfaced on Twitter. The San Francisco Fire Department is on the scene, which started at 2632 Mission Street, the location of discount luggage, toy, and electronics store Big House Inc.
Mission Local writes that the smoke was first seen at around 1:10 p.m. today and that Mission Street is blocked between 22nd and 24th Streets.

Update: It appears the fire is threatening adjacent buildings, as reported by ABC7 in the below tweet and CBS San Francisco.

The Examiner reports that three people were hospitalized for smoke inhalation, including one firefighter, and both Big House Inc and New Mission City (2626 Mission Street) were damaged. The cause of the fire is unknown.
