In case you’ve been asleep since Sunday (what did you do this weekend?), a 6.0 earthquake hit six miles southwest of Napa and left significant destruction in its wake, with houses tilted off their foundation and about 100 buildings deemed uninhabitable. On Meadowbrook Lane in Napa, where the road buckled into ramp-like shapes, the neighborhood turned the damages into a skate park.

Watch in the above video, captured by NBC Bay Area, as one skateboarder catches air while kids on the sidewalk cheer him on. Another rider does an ollie also launches off the damaged road.

Way to make the best of it guys!
