If you're gay or have a gay friend (or if you read this website), chances are you saw this video last year. It has 6 million views and counting, and it features New York-based cabaret artist Christina Bianco singing "Total Eclipse of the Heart" in the voices of 19 different famous female singers, including Adele, Cher, Celine Dion, and Julie Andrews. Bianco does a regular show called "Diva Moments," featuring songs in her own voice as well as these impressions, and the YouTube video vaulted her into the national spotlight with appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Queen Latifah Show.
Now, she's bringing "Diva Moments" to San Francisco, to Feinstein's at the Nikko, June 19 and 20. Tickets are $35 to $50 and available at Ticketweb, and as per usual, guests each have a $20 food and beverage minimum in the venue.
There's also a deal with the restaurant upstairs at the Nikko, Anzu, wherein you can have a $45, three-course prix fixe dinner and then receive a complimentary section upgrade in the cabaret. Reserve at (415) 394-1100.
Below, Bianco's latest video, with her giving the multi-diva treatment to "Let It Go" from Frozen.
