Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 p.m., someone in a stolen car traveling northbound on 10th Avenue in the Richmond blew a red light at Geary Boulevard, causing a four-car crash and rolling over an SUV in the process.
According to SFAppeal, several people were transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries and an SFPD spokesman believed the intersection at Geary and 10th Avenue would be blocked for at least a few hours. 38-Geary buses were being re-routed to Clement Street.

It appears that there were no fatalities at the scene.
Update: The Examiner reports that five people total were injured in the crash, including one pedestrian. Two of the victims were hospitalized in unknown condition as of this afternoon. The suspect was a 25-year-old man driving an allegedly stolen Honda Accord. He will be arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle according to SFPD spokesman Albie Esparza.
