We're hearing word of a fatal multi-car collision at Gough and Pine in San Francisco's Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood. The incident happened a little before 7 am. At least one person was killed and two others injured.
We're not quite sure what exactly happened, but the area will be closed for most of the morning. Please avoid Pine and Gough if possible.
Update: ABC 7's Amy Hollyfield reports that one teenaged boy, 17, was killed in the wreck at Pine and Gough. His mother was driving the car at the time of impact. A total of six other people were injured.

SF Police Chief says a van going as fast as 80mph crashed into minivan carrying mom and 2 teens. One teen died.

Update II: According to KTVU, the suspect is an 80 58-year-old woman.
San Francisco Police says it believes the person responsible for the deadly crash, an elderly woman, was not seriously hurt.
