Metallica made a red carpet appearance at the Metreon on Monday night for the US premiere of Metallica Through The Never.
What's it about, you ask? Described by Peter Travers of Rolling Stone as "a full-throttle expression of rock & roll anarchy," the movie, according to Wikipedia, "follows young Trip's (Dane DeHaan) surreal adventure during an urgent mission he is sent out on, sewn together with concert footage from a set of concerts Metallica held in August 2012."
The movie opens exclusively in Imax 3D on Sept 27 at the Metreon, everywhere else on October 4. Check out the official trailer below:
