Apparently jealous of all the hype the Bay Bridge has been receiving now that it is all dolled up in lights, waterfront restaurants EPIC Roasthouse and Waterbar sent us a press release letting everyone know they've got a wonderful view of the world's largest LED light sculpture (and also some drink specials).
Over at EPIC Roasthouse the industrial revolution-chic steak joint is offering an uncharacteristically feminine "Bay Lights" cocktail containing Skyy Vodka, Fertimens Rose lemonade and soda water for a reasonable $9.
Next door at Waterbar, the seafood-focused sister restaurant apparently took their inspiration from noted Bay Area karaoke rockers Journey and dubbed their top-shelf margarita-thing: "When the Lights Go Down in the City." It contains Cozodores Reposado, Cointreau and meyer lemon juice. It also comes laced with a salt and sugar rim. It costs $14, but endless arm-in-arm drunken singalongs are available at no extra charge.
For those who prefer to drink on the sly, you can always put together your own Cutty Bang and take a stroll out to the tip of Pier 14.
