On Monday morning at around 8:30 a.m., a man was shot in Portrero Hill near Dakota and 23rd streets. The victim was whisked away to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
As for the suspect? Police say he's been described as a black man who was reportedly driving a black Mercedes.
