Fairfield police have made an arrest in the high-profile murder case of 13-year-old Gennelle Conway-Allen. 32-year-old Anthony Lamar Jones is the prime suspect, and the police announced his arrest this morning. They have not revealed what evidence they have against him.
Conway-Allen was last seen alive walking by herself on January 31, on the border of Fairfield and Suisun City, where she lived in foster care with her brother. She had just gotten off a bus from Green Valley Middle School, where she was in seventh grade.
Her body was found, naked, the next day in a public park.
