On the evening of Friday, November 30, two people were pistol-whipped while being called "fags" by unknown assailants. The victims had just parked their car at Hartford Street and 18th Street when they were approached at gunpoint by two men wearing dark hoodies. The incident gets uglier from there.
As Castro Biscuit reports: "The victims were pistol-whipped and forced back into their vehicle, and were then forced to drive the suspects North on Hartford, East on 17th and South on Noe, while continuously being beaten with the handgun."
The assailants fled on Noe in an "unknown direction." While the beatings were taking place, "the suspects threatened to kill them and repeatedly called them 'fag.' " Anyone with any information on this hate crime should contact t he Mission Police Station at 415-553-0123.
Also, what an odd crime. Forcing people into a car, beating someone, going a few blocks, and then leaving. Strange.
