Local drag queen Raya Light transforms herself into Michael Myers' drag counterpart, Michele Myers, in this hilarious "horror musical" that mashes up moments from favorite horror films and The Facts of Life. It is called, HALLOWEEN!: The Ballad of Michele Myers.
As the event copy has it:
Mrs. Skerritt chaperones 4 school ‘girls’ up to the lake for a fun-filled Halloween dance over at the boys’ camp. But someone also invited crazed tranny killer Michele Myers to crash the party! Watch her slash through her victims to a disco beat! Dos-i-do and try to evade her bloody gaze! Rock out with your cock out and it just might get snipped! Shriek in horror at her unmasking! Freddy, Jason, and Michael scared you breathless now it’s HER TURN!”
Should be hilarious... and bloody. See the funny trailer above.
The show is happening at CounterPulse the next two weekends, Friday through Sunday, at 8 p.m. Get tickets here. Tickets are $20.
ALSO in the drag sphere, tonight is Some Thing at the Stud, and the theme is "There's a Monster In My Costume." There will be, as always, a couple of drag shows starting around 11 p.m., and there will also be a costume contest. Admission: $8.
