Your tireless editor fell under controversy with our allegedly lackluster recommendations for watching the NLCS games. (We pretty much stumble into whatever bar is near SFist headquarters in SOMA, get tipsy, and then write about it the morning after.) But each suggestion, in addition to being somewhat, shall we say, unique, also resulted in game losses for the Giants. Out of superstition, we recommend no more. (Except this: the Pilsner Inn in the Castro and Toronado in the Lower Haight are decent spots for catching Game 7.) You tell us. Where should SFist readers watch tonight's game?
Sure, this sounds like a tactic for more commenters, you cynic. But an even better way for those of us (i.e., yours truly) who watches the game solo to check out other arenas. Are you heading to Public House? Maybe Buckhorn Tavern? Bayview? Somewhere in Walnut Creek? Let us know in the comments, please! While we are top drawer when it comes to joints that serve the finest $1,000 dinner in town or which bar delivers the best handjob in the backroom -- we are one fancy homosexual -- we tend to need a little help with in sports bar department. So let us know where you're watching the game tonight, brutish beer-swilling baseball fans!
