If you plan on going to the America's Cup World Series, which starts today, please do not drive there. You won't find parking. You just won't. Instead, "walk, bus, bike or take a ferry to the sailing competition." As SF Appeal dutifully points out, "The Bay Area transportation online resource, 511, features a special section on its website designed to help America's Cup spectators find transportation to the races. The special section can be viewed at 511.org/AmericasCup."
Also, free valet bike parking will be available at the America's Cup Village on the Marina Green, for all of you sailing competition-hungry aficionados. See. Getting there will be easy. Breezy. So don't drive, please.
