On Monday afternoon, two vile female teenagers pepper sprayed a 21-year-old woman and stole her purse in the Richmond. The cruel incident was reported at around 1:25 p.m. over on the 3500 block of Anza Street near 26th Avenue. According to SF Appeal, "The 21-year-old victim was walking home when she was grabbed from behind by two female suspects, who pepper-sprayed her in the face and grabbed her purse."
