We're not quite done with the Matt Cain love around here. Last night, the arm behind the first perfect game in franchise history called in to Letterman, live via satellite from Angels Stadium in Anaheim, to deliver The Late Show Top Ten. Here's Cain, as goofy and giggly as we've come to expect from anyone on the Giants, reading "Things I Want To Achieve Now That I've Thrown a Perfect Game." Observe:
Actually, we wouldn't be all that surprised if an organic vegetable garden sprouted up somewhere in AT&T park. Anyhow, Cain faltered a little bit in his first start since last week's outing against the Astros. Despite a couple of rough innings Cain held on to a 5-3 win over the Angels.
