PHOTOGRAPHY: San Francisco artist Todd Hido will announce the best in show winner tonight for his juried exhibiton, Intimacy and Voyeurism: The Public/Private Divide in Photography, featuring the work of members of the Society for Photographic Education, which explores photography’s ongoing tensions between public and private domain and how the lines between them are often blurred. THEATER: Footloose and Shotwell Studios presents The Rita Hayworth of this Generation, a one-woman shows tells the story of Carmelita Cristina Rivera, a queer Latina performer whose passion, power and heartache drive her to gamble everything and move to Las Vegas.
