LITERARY: Writer, performer, and Sister Spit veteran Ben McCoy will present some new work at the monthly Feast of Words: A Literary Potluck, which is themed “I Am Crime.” McCoy's reading will reference "personal experiences, observations from the city’s darkest corners and most sordid bars, and Iceberg Slim’s gripping novel Mama Black Widow.” (7 p.m., SOMArts, 934 Brannan Street)
ART: You can expect the usual big line-up of talented local artists at tonight's Sketch Tuesday, in which you can witness and purchase art being made on the spot.
