On Tuesday afternoon, a cyclist was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries after a Muni bus hit them at Market and New Montgomery streets at around 4:40 p.m. "Police said it appears the male bicyclist was riding parallel to the bus when one of his tires got caught in streetcar tracks," reports SF Appeal. "The bicyclist was thrown under the bus and was run over by its rear wheels."
