Former Cal Quarterback Joe Ayoob, who started nine games for the Bears while Nate Longshore was out on an injury back in 2005, can now add "World Record Arm" to his list of accolades. Over the weekend at McClellan Air Force Base, Ayoob threw a paper airplane designed by "Paper Airplane Guy" John Collins for a record-breaking 226 feet and 10 inches. Joe's throw beat the previous record of 207 feet and four inches by almost 20 feet.

This is big news for Joe who only played four games for Cal in 2006 before going on to play for the Central Valley Coyotes in the af2 Arena Football League, which is a real thing that exists so people in Fresno can get their small-scale pigskin fix.
