A woman was briefly trapped under a N-Judah metro car this afternoon, requiring the SFFD to lift the car in order to free her. The details of the incident remain unclear, but suffice it to say the woman was not seriously injured and only suffered "scratches to her arm and leg" according to a Muni spokesperson (via the Appeal).
The incident was reported around 1:20 today and the woman was extricated quickly, by 1:47. For obvious reasons, it did cause some delays on the N line today.
She is expected to survive and it does not sound as though she was run over or anything. Maybe her flowy dress somehow got caught in a wheel? Anyhow, close call! Scary stuff.
