In the Bayview, another 19-year-old man was found shot in the back after an incident Sunday morning. The victim, who is expected to survive his gunshot wounds, told police he was standing outside on Harbor Road when he was approached by an armed man he didn't know. According to an SFPD spokesman, when the victim took off running, the shooter hit him in the back and escaped.

The victim is expected to survive his injuries and was able to talk to police yesterday, but so far no description of the gunman has been given and no arrests have been made. SFPD's Gang Task Force is investigating this one for possible gang activity and anyone with any information is encouraged to call the anonymous tipline at (415) 575-4444 or via text message to TIP411.
