Four suspects were arrested today in a bust of a potential South Bay child pornography ring, NBC Bay Area reports. The four suspects, all booked for allegedly possessing child pornography, were brought down today by the Department of Justice's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force after weeks of tracking two suspects: Mark Kreifels, 48, and Joseph Pizzalla, 29.

NBC reporter Damian Trujillo was with the DOJ officers and San Jose Police, tweeting pictures of the arrest warrants being served on Kreifels, Pizzalla and two other currently unnamed suspects. According to Trujillo, the ICAC Task Force was able to analyze the contents of the two men's hard drives on-site using equipment in a mobile forensics van. Officers at the scene said both Kreifels and Pizzalla were were in possession of pornography "involving prepubescent children."

Kreifels and Pizzalla have not been charged with creating pornography or physically harming children, only possession at this time. The arrests are connected to an investigation from last year that ended in five arrests in Monterey County.

NBC, who has the scoop on the developing story, promises a full report on the nightly news.
