Stephen Clark, wanted in Contra Costa County for the kidnapping and rape of an Oakley, California woman on December 10th, was arrested at Gough Street and Geary Boulevard late Saturday night. According to the CoCo County Sheriff's department, Clark allegedly met his 43-year-old victim at a local establishment in Oakley.
Last week Clark was spotted in San Diego County near Camp Pendleton, but he managed to elude a multi-agency search until he was nabbed in San Francisco this weekend. Clark was previously convicted of rape in Texas.
