FILM: S.F. Film Society presents The Swell Season, a "subtle and mesmerizing" black-and-white documentary, which follows Irish folk rock musicians Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova, who starred in the hit feature film Once. The Swell Season "bears witness to the band and the couple, from rousing musical numbers to quieter moments of intense soul-searching," as they attempt to balance their private and public lives.
