Oakland / Shooting: The suspected gunman who caused the partial shutdown of I-580 yesterday — after he'd crashed a Lexus into an onramp and took a run for it — is in custody. SF State / Robbery, Brief Kidnapping:
A 22-year-old man advertising an HTC EVO phone for sale on Craigslist, was robbed Wednesday and ordered into a van at gunpoint by a supposed buyer. Three male suspects and a female, all in their 20s, stole the victim's eyewear, wallet, cell phone, and drove him across town where they dropped him off and fled.
