On Monday morning, a coffee-seeking customer knocked off a neighborhood corner store at Castro and 14th Street (Courtney Produce, we presume) by pulling the ol' beverage in-the-face trick. As Bay City News reports, "The suspect went into the store to get a cup of coffee, and after leaving briefly, he came back to get a refill". After receiving his second, rage-inducing cup of coffee, the perpetrator promptly threw it in the cashier's face and made off with the store's cash register.

Police have yet to find the caffeinated suspect described as a 5-foot-9, 175-pound, 40-something black male wearing a black jacket and jeans. If anyone spots a guy carrying a cash register and an empty coffee mug, you are encouraged to call the SFPD tip line at (415) 575-4444 or just text them your tip to TIP411.
