Oakland: Hassan Arif Sayyid, 40, better known as 'Ike' to his friends, was shot several times while watching TV at the clubhouse of the East Bay Dragons motorcycle club on International Blvd. He later died at Highland Hospital. The motive is unknown, but Sayyid was set to start a job with the City of Oakland next week. [Tribune]
