According to various reports from around the neighborhood, a three-alarm fire broke at 506 Capp Street near 20th around 4:30 p.m. KRON4 and the Appeal are scarce with the info, but the fire appears to have spread to at least one other adjacent building. Capp Street-based-blog Uptown Almanac is on the ground, camera in hand, checking in with Supervisor Campos and the food vendors who have opportunistically popped up.
