BART is considerate enough to give riders some extra time to dry off before hopping on their trains this morning - the system is recovering from earlier problems and there's a lingering 10-minute delay at Montgomery Street and West Oakland for trains headed South to SFO/Millbrae and Daly City as well as to the East Bay. The service advisory issued also notes there's a major delay at West Oakland in the East Bay direction due to police activity.
