A woman is in critical condition this morning after being shot by Daly City police in San Francisco on Saturday night. According to reports, police tried to pull over the woman in her car, but she "accelerated and crashed into a nearby home" and then "put the car in reverse, hitting a Daly City police officer." Police then opened fire on the car.

The house she hit was at 21 Carrizal Street, reports SF Examiner, about a block from the Cow Palace.

A male passenger, who was uninjured during the shooting, was also arrested.

SFPD are now investigating just what happened, "along with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, while Daly City police are handling the administrative side of the investigation."
