We're looking to hire an associate editor who will cover a range of topics including arts & events, tech and food—as well as be able to pitch in with other news stories.

This is a paid, full-time position (with health and dental insurance) at-home, but days and hours may vary from a normal 9-to-5 job. Responsibilities will include writing a large volume of news, arts & events, and food posts each day, as well as editing posts written by others. You must also be comfortable reporting: calling sources, interviewing people, tracking down quotes, etc.

Requirements: Between 3-5 years of full time blogging experience, a ferocious drive and piercing wit, a deep and abiding interest in San Francisco / Bay Area (especially the food and arts scenes), and the stamina to create 10-12 well written posts per day.
