Bay City News reports via the Examiner that the St Anthony Foundation's 23rd Annual Curbside Holiday Donation Drive started this morning. They're accepting clothing, food, toiletries, and other items to be handed out free of charge to homeless and low-income residents.

St. Anthony's is especially looking for scarf donations, which will be given out to people who visit the foundation's dining room on Christmas Day. They've collected 3,000 scarves so far from the drive they held before Thanksgiving, along with their Holiday Knitting Drive.

Curbside donations will be accepted starting today through Christmas Eve at 105 Golden Gate Ave. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. this weekend and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.

You can also make a monetary donation, or volunteer your time.
