According to the Appeal, yesterday around 5:30 p.m. an 18-year old man was shot in the torso at 25th and Capp streets. Neighbors heard the shots, which left the victim with life-threatening injuries, but so far no one has come forward to say they actually saw the shooting go down and there's no suspect description.
