Police arrested Pedro Hernandez, 68, on suspicion of sexually assaulting a family member at Sanchez Elementary School on June 3. Discovered at a homeless shelter at Saint Bruno’s Catholic Church, Hernandez was taken into custody last night and charged with sexual assault.

The Castro district school's surveillance cameras recorded the alleged incident, which happened in a secluded stairwell during school hours.

Marisol Lopez, Lorena Lopez and Jesus Hernandez, according to police, were also arrested for harboring a fugitive and accessory after the fact.
