The Associate Press reported today that a San Francisco man named Kinman Chan, 30, had been accused of assaulting the crew of a US Airways flight on its way to Los Angeles. According to the FBI, Chan screamed, dropped trou, and proceeded to "attack" the flight's crew. Chan later admitted to ingesting a "double dose" of medical pot cookies before boarding the flight, which catalyzed the mid-flight freakout.
After Chan had been subdued, (and probably much to the chagrin of his fellow passengers) the flight was diverted to Pittsburgh where Chan was arrested on the spot. Although his medical marijuana license was legal, Chan still could face up to 20 years in in prison for assaulting a flight attendant.
Anyway, anyone else thinking of the scene in SLC Punk where Devon Sawa's character accidentally absorbs an entire stash of LSD after running through a sprinkler system?
