On Saturday and Sunday be sure to grab a bowl of ramen while window shopping in Hayes Valley. Shirohige Ramen-Ya, a ramen truck, will be at the corner of Laguna and Hayes (across the street from Suppenküche) selling savory joy to passersby.

SF Weekly notes the truck's hours are form 11 a.m to 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., "though it's not clear how long the truck will be around tomorrow."

Sadly, the ramen will not be of the Top variety. Instead, you can expect hot bowls brimming with cabbage, leeks, nori, eggs, corn, spinach, roasted pork, scallions, and more, Check out the menu here.
