Child rapist and noted unhinged person Philip Garrido, the man who kidnapped and held Jaycee Dugard captive in his backyard for 18 years, sent KCRA 3 a written letter of apology the week.
"First off, I would like to apologize to every human being for what has taken place," Garrido begins. Then, things take a turn toward the crazy as Garrido continues, "People all over the world are hearing testimony that through the spirit of Christ a mental process took place ending a sexual problem believed to be impossible."
OK then. Thanks, God.
The letter of semi-apology was addressed to KCRA 3 anchor Walt Gray, the same guy Garrido called from jail after his arrest.
