According to KRON4, evacuations and a shelter-in-place are underway at 20th Avenue and Balboa. Two suspicious devices were found in the area. SFPD and the bomb squad are on the scene, determining whether or not said packages are a threat.

Update: SFFD spokesperson Lt. Mindy Talmadge, reports SF Appeal, "some sort of bottles containing some liquid" were left in front of houses at 669 and 670 20th Ave, which are across the street from each other." (Our guess? Pee.) As of 11 a.m., today, the evacuation and shelter-in-place is still in effect. A hazmat team is also on the scene.
