FOOD: 111 Minna debuts EAT, a weekly event that's a cross between dinner, happy-hour, and a night club. In celebration of tonight's Grand Opening, there will be no cover (which will be $5 in the future), and those who RSVP to [email protected] will receive a complimentary plate. Six to seven local, organic, and sustainable dishes prepared by Executive chef Tommy Halvorson from the Phoenix Supper Club, priced between $5 and $10, will be served, along with a full bar and music spun by DJ Jeremiah Ra Richards aka DJ J.Ra.
