Arrested edition!

MONDAY, SOUTH SF: Gabino Zaragoza was arrested for slicing open a teen's neck early this morning. According the CBS 5, "officers responded to the 200 block of California Avenue at about 12:45 a.m. and found the victim with a laceration to the neck." But! The unidentified victim managed to survive, leaving the hospital with 18 stitches to the neck. Zaragoza, however, was booked for attempted murder.

VALLEJO, FRIDAY: Lavell McGary, 22, of Antioch, and 24-year-old Daryl Gimore, of San Leandro, and Shaandreia Gilmore, 23, were arrested for the shooting death of Ronell B. Rucks, a 23 year-year-old Vallejo man's death.

EAST PALO ALTO, SUNDAY: Via an anonymous tip, some festive soul was totally unfairly arrested for possessing "more than 200 pounds of fireworks and pyrotechnic devices" in the back of his pick-up truck. Booked for felony and misdemeanor violations -- booo! fireworks are fun! and the only true way to celebrate one's pride in this glorious country of ours! -- the unidentified person was booked at San Mateo County Jail.
