Heidi greeted the designers on the runway, and brought out the models who were all donning insane hairstyles. The challenge was to create a look inspired by their model's hair. Two models were out. No idea who they were. Don't care.

Tim met them in the workroom and told the designers they should create avant garde looks that didn't have to be that wearable or even practical. He then told them they'd have to work in pairs. Chris was paired with Christian, Rami with Sweet P., Ricky with Kit, and Victorya with Jillian. They then chose which model's hair to work with. Chris and Christian chose a model with a huge bun full of braids, and Christian was team leader. Obviously, with Chris's experience in costume design, their team had the upper hand from the beginning.
