But that doesn't clear up the bigger questions: Why is it always so hard to get usable info from Muni? Why does Muni's website say that there's no difference between school and non-school schedules? And why is Muni putting up notices on its website that can only be deciphered through collaborative speculation, a Google scavenger hunt, and a conversation with high-ranking Muni officials? And why does our handy-dandy new 311 service have NO IDEA what any of this means?
Can somebody please figure out how to get the information we need to the people who need it so that we can all ride the bus in peace? Stop the confusion.
